Sarah is an industrial/organizational psychologist who has worked in the L&D industry for 10 years. Sarah began her career consulting with the U.S. Special Operations Command in the areas of training needs analysis and evaluation. In her current role at Red Hat, Sarah is the Learning Analyst and Learning Technologies Team Lead for Red Hat University, which delivers learning experiences to internal associates. Sarah provides expertise in the areas of learning measurement, research design, survey design, psychometrics, and learning systems and tools.
