Gloria is an expert in leadership development. Trained in cognitive neuroscience, Gloria is a thought leader and practitioner in applying science of learning and psychology to unravel habits and trends of workplace learning and how learning can be reinforced. Gloria is currently the Associate Dean of Professional Learning at Minerva Project, where she oversees the curriculum development, instructional design, delivery and impact measurement of Minerva’s professional learning programs. Prior to Minerva, she was the Executive Director at Yale School of Management Center for Customer Insights. She was also the Global Onboard Learning Portfolio Lead at McKinsey & Company.
